Starter Motor

At Perkins we understand that dependability is critical to you and we know that the effectiveness of the starting and charging system is key to this dependency.

Each of our starter motors are designed and rigorously tested with this in mind. We ensure each one can start a minimum of 36,000 times and in a multitude of temperatures, giving you the confidence that our genuine starter motors will start all year round.

Use of an inferior quality oil or failure to regularly change the oil will increase the risk of piston seizure, will cause the piston rings to jam and will lead to rapid wear on the cylinder liner, the bearings and all other moving parts.
